Bullshido

Bullshido.net is the premiere Mixed Martial Arts online training community.

With a dedicated member base of approximately 100,000 fighters, coaches, and enthusiasts sharing Bullshido's "No BS" mentality, the site has flourished since 2002 and become the leading resource for Martial Arts related discussion.

Site features include member reviews of Martial Arts and Fitness products, videos, an Encyclopedia, and active Discussion Forums targeted at people who live the lifestyle of a Martial Artist.

Additionally, Bullshido takes its commitment to the community one step beyond and spends a good amount of time and resources on issues of Consumer Protection, such as exposing frauds and scams in the Martial Arts world, and serving as an online resource of "BS-free" information for both casual hobbyists and dedicated individuals. Since 2002, their efforts on this have closed down several schools and contributed to at least one conviction.

Sociocide

Sociocide.com is the sister community of Bullshido, focused on current events, politics, pop culture, and more. Its core membership consists of a diverse crowd including everyone from college professors to cranky undergrads, liberals to conservatives, and geeks to jocks.

The overall "climate" of the site is a turbulent one, where snark often outweighs sincerity but at the end of the day reason trumps all. No need for hip-waders here, as an offshoot of Bullshido, the commitment to "No BS" is always present.

Originally established in 1998 as an online community centered around a video game, the site has since grown to encompass a broader range of topics and consequently, is flourishing with its newfound lack of focus.
